Who we are. Patmos Homes (the En Plo Collection) is operated by TSAKONAS MICHAIL (ΤΣΑΚΩΝΑΣ Μ.), sole proprietorship, Greece — VAT No. (ΑΦΜ) 147870872. Contact: hello@patmoshomes.com.

What we collect. Enquiry and contact form data (name, email, phone, country, travel dates, party details, message), booking data needed to host you (including ID details required by Greek law at check-in), and — with consent — analytics data.

Why. To answer enquiries, manage bookings, meet legal obligations, and (with consent) understand how the website is used. We do not sell personal data.

Third parties. Booking.com processes bookings made through their platform under their own privacy policy. The embedded map is OpenStreetMap, rendered with Leaflet — map tiles load from OpenStreetMap's servers. Email is handled by Resend.

Retention. Enquiry data is kept for 18 months; booking records are kept for as long as Greek tax and hospitality law requires.

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and complaint to the Hellenic DPA (dpa.gr). Write to hello@patmoshomes.com to exercise them.
